Inverter, all photovoltaic and wind powered systems require an inverter, it doesn’t matter what kind of voltage it puts out, what matters the most is amperage.

ok so you got 20V …
ok so you got 20V out of that, now how do you get it to 115V ? making 6 o 10 more turbines and connecting it to a regulator to get the 115 ~ 120 V ???
