Part 1 The latest from project Exodus – House Passes the 1200-page Climate Bill that Congress was Not Allowed to Read Aaron Dykes Infowars June 26, 2009 www.infowars.com Despite heated objections by some Republicans, the unread 1200-page Waxman-Markey climate bill was passed 219-212 in the House on Friday. Final roll call votes are listed here. During Boehners brief attempt at filibuster, he reads passages related to the usage of “qualified youth corps” to regulate energy efficiency in regards to “the sustainability of low-end income communities.” “I wonder if ACORN qualifies for these grants,” Boehner quipped. Objecting to the fact that 300 pages were added to the bill at 3 am, Minority leader John Boehner attempted a brief filibuster, giving time for colleagues and aides to scan the unread extra passages and present certain excerpts on the floor. Politico blasts his effort, reporting: That wasnt good enough for House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio), who delayed the roll call vote by reading page-by-page through a 300-page managers amendment Democrats added at around 3 am Friday. Boehner seemed to relish the hour-long stunt, picking out the bills most obscure language and then pontificating about what it might or might not mean. Shockingly, co-sponsor Henry Waxman objected to Boehners reading the bill on the House floor, and tried to prevent it on procedural grounds so that is contents …

Shockingly, co-sponsor Henry Waxman objected to Boehners reading the bill on the House floor, and tried to prevent it on procedural grounds so that is contents would remain unknown and no one would shift support or delay the bills passage. Passing laws in secret is not law at all …

Electricity these days can be extremely expensive. Whether it is gas, oil or electric heating, in the wintertime costs can skyrocket to exorbitant prices to keep up with supply and demand. Read on to learn how twind poweryour electric bill with solar and wind powered systems.

Many people cannot afford to keep paying these prices and sometimes cannot afford to even heat their home at all, forgoing food or basic necessities to pay their heating bill.

Solar energy pays for itself in a few years. It is costly to put in, depending on how many you need, with prices ranging anywhere from a few hundred dollars to thousands, but after it is installed you will never have to pay a heating bill again.

Solar panels involve the intricate building and installing of panels onto the roof or side of your home. Solar panels can be built as a do it yourself project, but it takes time and practice before you will be good enough to build large panels for a roof.

Solar panels are made from photovoltaics, which conducts the suns photon rays. The photovoltaic cell is made from semiconductors which conducts a flow of electrons. This can then be used to power things.

Wind turbines collect kinetic energy from wind and then convert it to energy. It can lower an electric bill by fifty to even ninety percent. They are more suitable for homes with property of around an acre so there is room to install the turbine. It is not unusual for homes with wind generated electricity to have a bill of only $20 or less per month.

If you are a candidate for either of these systems and have money upfront to pay for installation, both methods will save you much more money in the long run

Thousands of people around the world are taking responsibility for their power usage and are reducing the cost of their power bills.

You can too.

There are two very popular home made energy devices that you can use to cut your power bill. If you have a very limited do it yourself experience you can still build your own home residential solar panels with easy to follow instructions and construct a home made wind turbine generator.

These do it yourself projects can be completed within a weekend and will cost you very little. All you need are a few simple do it yourself hand tools, the right material and a few hours in the garage or workshop.

This cost is very minimal to the price of commercial models from the power companies and the do it yourself solar panels will perform just as good with the same wattage and output.

Making your own do it yourself residential home solar panels will cost you around $180 for an 80/100 watt solar panel that can be used to create solar electricity for your home.

Although this is not enough to power your entire home, with added solar panels when time and money allows you to build more, you can generate enough power to save money on your power bills.

Having the ability to build your own panels and maintain your panels in peak working condition is just an additional saving on your part. Maintenance is very low and the main problem is keeping the solar panels free from dust and leaves from trees.

Building your own home wind turbine generator will cost you $130 and will probably not generate a huge amount of electricity unless you live in a constant wind area.

These wind turbines are generally used as an additional means of creating electricity on a smaller scale and because of the limited cost and extreme ease in building them; they are very popular with the renewable energy enthusiast.

Building multiple wind turbine generators, you will be able to connect them together and increase the amount of electricity that you produce and this could ultimately generate all your household needs from this simple, safe and reliable power generator.

There has been a massive interest in ways to lower your electric power bills. Using renewable energy as an alternative energy source is a great way to create free solar electricity for your home as well as protecting the environment, the planet and reducing the carbon gases.

Now is an excellent time to invest in your home, install renewable energy for your family and the future of the planet.

Wind power is the route to the future. Several areas of the country that are experimenting with the manufacture of wind farms are discovering that they are more then able to preserve sufficient amounts of wind generated electricity to sustain the amount required for that area. Of course, it must be noted that the wind generators do not impart all the electrical energy needed, but merely supplement the commercial plants in their tasks to do so.

Even when you consider that it does not account for all electrical usage, it still manages to save sizeable quantities of money when used in combination with commercial electric plants. If you are able to only cut your expense in half that alone is a tremendous savings.

You see, wind power is not something new. In fact, it has been around for a long time. Farms in the Midwest (where the wind is robust and forceful) have productively used these techniques for many years. They were predominantly used for pumping water or for occasionally providing lighting for homes.

For years, America has avoided the major use of wind generators, but due to the upcoming energy crunch, we are now witnessing a vast growth in state sponsored wind generator farms. This is good for not only the consumer, but also for the environment. Wind generated electricity is clean and does not damage the eco-system.

It is totally conceivable that you as a homeowner could install a small version of a wind generator on your property and experience first hand some of the monetary savings that you would experience by its use. If this idea appeals to you, your next step is to get a blueprint to help you build your own wind generator.
