Energy Minister Kiraitu Murungi says a proposal to have the government set aside funds to cushion private investors in the search for power is now awaiting cabinet approval. This comes in the wake of the governments quest to secure energy for the country at an affordabwind powerth geothermal and wind power expected to boost local generation capacity
